Currently, there is a shortage of highly skilled tradespeople in the automotive industry in NZ

MITO wanted to address this issue by positioning automotive apprenticeships as an attractive option and encouraging high school students to sign up. By creating a digital engagement mechanic and optimising mitos current registration process and user journey the Isobar team created the Equip for the future campagin, which was featured across social media, display and a landing page.
